When you look at LobStar, you’ll see a world washed in moonlight, brine, and mystery — thanks to the vivid colors of Carlos Cara Álvarez.
Carlos is a fantasy artist with a love of experimentation — both digital and traditional — and a flair for the fantastic. When he’s not conjuring otherworldly palettes, he’s relaxing with his cats Bruce and Selina, or reading vintage sci-fi novels.
“Color tells the emotional story,” Carlos says. “LobStar needed to feel both familiar and alien — like home and nightmare at once.”
